Here's our tip for Safer Internet Day 2020
The internet and our devices are engaging and somewhat addictive. We thought we would support Safer Internet Day through a wellbeing approach, that is, with digital downtime. Digital downtime is a set time for you to be away from screens and be present in the real world.
Our goal is to achieve digital downtime Monday to Friday from 5:45 pm - 8:00 pm so we can be present amongst the company of our loved ones. All set for the challenge...
